With over a decade of dedication and excellence at FABULOUS, Fera has built a reputation for her resilience, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional leadership, and infectious smile.
Her journey with FAB has been marked by an unwavering commitment to going above and beyond in every endeavor. Yet, it is her dedication to being the best role model for her beloved daughter that stands above all her achievements.
When asked to describe a typical day in her life, Fera summed it up in three words: "Happynomics, Rollercoaster, Fun." These words encapsulate the essence of her daily routine. "Happynomics" reflects the joy and fulfillment she finds in her work, "Rollercoaster" signifies the dynamic and often unpredictable nature of her responsibilities, and "Fun" highlights the enjoyment she derives from her tasks, no matter how challenging they may be.
Fera drew inspiration from her team. She shared that witnessing their dedication, creativity, and collaborative spirit fueled her drive to excel. Their collective efforts and shared successes motivated her every day, making her strive to be a better leader and colleague. This mutual inspiration and respect created a nurturing and productive work environment at FABULOUS.
When it came to facing fears, Fera believed in confronting them directly. She explained that by tackling challenges head-on, she set a powerful example for her team and others around her. This approach not only helped her overcome obstacles but also demonstrated the strength in resilience and determination. It was a philosophy that resonated deeply within the FABULOUS team, fostering a culture of courage and proactivity.
Among her numerous professional accomplishments, Fera considered her proudest achievement to be balancing her career with motherhood. She expressed immense pride in being a role model for her daughter while excelling in her demanding role at FABULOUS. This balance, she believed, was a testament to her ability to manage time, prioritize effectively, and stay committed to both her personal and professional responsibilities.
For Fera, the secret to a successful event lay in teamwork. She believed that the synergy and collaboration among team members were what made FABULOUS events truly outstanding. By bringing creativity, dedication, and a shared vision to each project, her team consistently delivered exceptional results.
